Impairment

Can someone who knows more about this company or listened to the conference call explain what was meant by a non-cash goodwill impairment. For such a large number to not be explained in detail is raising a lot of questions. Would appreciate any info on this part of the earnings report. It looked like a stellar quarter until you reached that point of the highlights!
