RE:RE:MOZ

RE:RE:MOZDoumdidoum,
Facts checking:
  • Projects are not similar in size: MOZ has about 40% more gold discovered.
  • MOZ has a market cap of $420M not $500M. MOZ are worth 7 times than SGNL not 10
  • MOZ has financed $150M for developing their project and has secured an extra $225M in credit facility.
If you really want to do a comparison exercise, be serious and try to compare oranges with oranges. To do so, you need to adjust theur market cap by removing the $150M bought deal financing, that you have to decrease it by another 40% for the extra gold they have. You will obtained $162M which is ONLY about 3 times more than SGNL market cap.

Are we undervalued? Sure we are. But it's not by posting numbers on steroids to build a case on bashing managers that you will get credibility here...

--------------

The size of the projects I think are similar.  The spread in proven and probable will continue to get larger.  Not because their project is better.  But they are planning 70 000 meters of drilling.  We just finished our was it 4000 meters? and have no money to do any more.  Hopefully next winter we can drill another 4000 meters.

Sorry when I said 500 000 000 when it is in 420 m.  I guess that's numbers on steroids.

I knew that moz had raised the cash.  How come we can't?

If you are comparing market caps  (which is what I did) but want to deduct the cash that moz has and we don't, welll that is fair.  But don't forget to subtract from signal the 9 million cash they just mentioned a few days ago, the 2-3 million they will be getting from the final cleanup at pointe rousse in this quarter.  (oh, and the 100 000 000 worth of gold (waste) that you refer
to on the other site.

They sure are moving ahead.  Hopefully we can get some half decent drill results from the latest 4000 m.  Then we can wait until next spring and maybe get some more results then.  In the meantime,  they must have some management crew there to be getting all this done during these tough times when we aren't going anywhere.

I hope our management team can step up and surprise me.  That would make me happy.
Creating shareholder value is part of the job.  And guess what... the more they show they can do that, the higher the price will go.  Then raising money is much easier and done at  much more favourable terms.

I don't think that MOZ has much on us in terms of potential.  They are just executing.
