RE:State of affairs FACT CHECK
The lie: "another batch of funds to stay afloat".
The facts:

Every mining exploration company (graphite or otherwise) relies on investor funding (banks do not lend for venture enterprises like these), it is the nature of the business. Please show me even one that is being funded some other way. The difference with Focus is that Jeff York has been the primary backer from the beginning. He has invested millions (multiples of what typical owners put into mining start-ups). In fact, a few years back when Focus (along with their peers) were facing disinterest from the investment community, it was Jeff who stepped up to the plate and loaned (yes unheard of in this sector) to keep the exploration and development going.
You do not seem to be up to date on N.A. developments. All levels of government are demanding that critical materials be sourced in N.A. Another article in the Montreal Gazette (there have been 5 similar Canadian newspaper articles in the last few weeks). The Quebec gov is determined (using billions of dollars) to make this province the Hub of battery manufacturing in NA.
Focus’s Lac deposit is one of the best in the world and it looks like Lac Ttpisca will be multiple times bigger based on the just released results.
One of the headwinds mining stocks have always faced is a serious lack of credibility (both management and investors like yourself). Take a look at the Chairman of the board (Jeff York). He is very actively involved and determined to make a major success with Focus. He is a CPA with an economics degree from Princeton. His reputation is characterized by success (Farm Boy and other companies he has built into businesses worth hundreds of millions of dollars) and integrity (most CPAs are know for this). Keep in mind that mining in general is rife with dubious actors with dubious claims. Trust in management is imperative for this kind of business.
I hope readers on this board are astute enough to see past bashers like yourself who somehow think that they will convert Focus shareholders to their long position in something else.
