I like the way Iteris lays out the financials in their press release. Some important metrics that read on QTRH's ETC/IRD operation:
Cost of goods was 70% for the product portion of the business, which is a comparable to ETC/IRD; therefore, margin = 30%. Traditionally, Iteris product margin is in the 40% range.
Applying management's Q4 EBITDA guidance percent (8.7% - 10.0%) to annual revenue ($155M) to factor the effect of atypical materials costs, Iteris trades at a 11.7x - 13.5x mutiple today, based on a $4.25 share price.
