I failed to add this part, and a very important one at that. One can tell by the maniuplation the "MM - boiler room antics going on" will use this time lapse as an opportunity to play with your nerves, cast doubt, and who knows, perhaps even make you flush... I have a few hundred k on the bid for a starter.. whatever it takes to get thru this ugliness....
