RE:RE:hud-bay We don't have an exact time line, for any upward adjustment in Rockcliff Metal's share price. If we look at Hudbay's Snow Lake website, we do see that
they consider the Talbot deposit as 100% their own! This is an important point to make. Investors need to fully understand the significance of this subtle meaning, conveyed openly to the market. It's more than a suggestion. They already consider that Talbot belongs, only to them!
https://hudbayminerals.com/canada/default.aspx So we may assume that Hudbay fully intends to purchase Rockcliff's 35% ownership of the Talbot deposit.
They are too cheap to do otherwise, since they really, don't like to share.
It will better for them in the long run. Once the real value of Talbot becomes better understood, it will cost them more money to buy all of it, later on. So they would be more likely make such a purchase, before they start to develop that mine.
Secondly, since the Bur deposit is also already a valuable asset, it might make more sense for them to acquire all of Rockcliff Metals, the company, at the very same time. If they only acquire one property at a time, they may have to pay more.
It would be a better business decision, to buy all of these very valuable assets, at the lowest price possible. So they would be more likely, to buy, all of the company!
Rockcliff is waiting. They are waiting for the right bid. Will the company become a miner on its own, or will its shareholders become wealthier, in a much shorter, frame of time?
Selling its 35% stake in Talbot, at a very good price, could provide Rockcliff Metals with the necessary funds to become a miner. Otherwise, Rockcliff's shareholders would profit, more immediately, if the entire company was sold.
At some point, these two corporate minds will come together, to make a deal that both parties can accept, as fair.
Timing is the issue. But from an potential investor's point of view, the best time to buy Rockcliff shares, is right now!
Rockcliff's share price isn't going to get any cheaper. It's now at 3 cents and is set to rise!
Would Hudbay want to share the Snow Lake region with a competitive miner or would they just prefer to eliminate, the possibility, of any such challenge?
That is Hudbay's decision to make. Hopefully, they won't wait too long! Apparently other mining companies are also showing some competitive interest!
How long will the price remain at these levels?
That depends upon the market.
All the best! Java
