As someone pointed out here that in theory there is no value at 33 years due to death, I guess that thinking totally eliminates the need for life insurance or inheritance. In other words "we are smarter than you and we use this method when we want to accumulate ownership and scare investors away" so you need to listen to us and not think logically or long term.
I would love to know what the upfront cost would be to buy an annuity that pays out indexed to inflation for 100 years because that's basically what Ivanhoe has.
Oh, wait RF said something recently about having something like 175 years of reserves.
None of those financial wizards would sell such a thing because it blows up their NPV valuation for Ivanhoe.
Besides it would cost a fortune upfront.
