Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. PMX is approved for therapeutic use in Japan and Europe and has been used safely and effectively on more than 340,000 patients to date. It has pioneered the development of biochemical markers for the clinical syndrome known as septic shock. It is continuing its legacy business of manufacturing and selling certain proprietary reagents. It develops, produces and markets recombinant proteins, antibodies and calibrators. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

I am very confident in my Investment with Spectral Medical. I believe in the Science and The Medical Need that it will satisfy in the arena of Septic Shock and Blood Purification....it will be the Only FDA Approved Solution in the World!

It is at this point my Largest Investment ever and when I review it from every angle, I see nothing but Upside from here! To Bash it in the final stretch shows lack of Character and Fear!

Nothing but Excellent Progress to the Trial or an FDA Approval is going to bring the kind of Volume that we need to move the Share Price in a meaningful way! The slow pace of enrolment is why we are at these low volume trading days....But don't be surprised by an overnight change...a be caught like I have in the past on other investments I decided to move on and miss incredible opportunity.... Exceeding Expectations in a Phase 3b??

I am not going anywhere! I support the company and I am expecting them to do in the End what Paul Walker Said! The Only FDA Approved Solution for removing Endotoxins from the blood in Septic Shock Patients! Saving Lives! I Love Baxter's involvement and on DAY One of The FDA Approval not only will PMX begin to be shipped to every ICU that Baxter Supplies in North Amaerica but we will be very well Compensated for our PATIENCE!!!

So in Conclusion IMHO...just make a Decision to either Go or Stay! Either Way You Will Reap What You Have SOWN..
