POISON PILL 2.0

POISON PILL 2.0Since the Lascaux debenture issuance in 2015, how many FT shares has Lascaux sold short, particularly prior to the debenture conversion date in Dec 2022?

Bringing the FT price down before the conversion date both maximized Ft shares issued to Lascaux but also aided Lascuax's recovery of the debenture capital it had lent FT in 2014/15.

The consequences of the 2014 silver mine misadventure will be writ large on April 13 this year, 2 months away, when the 73.5 million issued FT shares given to Lascaux can trade.

While you ponder this recognize that the silver mine had zero chance of success when the time line of the Lascaux financing provided during Oct 2014 had a baked in "extinction event" merely 9 months later.

An "extinction event" with attached collateral provided by the full asset value of NICO and ARCTOS (including the 300 million in invested capital).
