So high quality quartz to make North American solar pannels is in big demand. 

A big incentive for this project is the mine is in a low cost juristiction, with an abundance of hydro power, where the plant has local adjacent to rail traffic. 

So high quality quartz sand located next to the rail network processed with green energy. That is what CPS has.

So the big question is what is the value of this asset? The number of solar pannels in the would are going to significantly increase
