Shareholders, primarily led by Sun Valley, would need to vote for changes to the Board. The newly composed Board would then replace management with a handpicked team. Are there elite management teams you can think of for Belo? And would you expect their pay to be comparable to current management (understanding we'd expect performance commesurate with compensation)? Is any of this incorrect so far?
