Mirabel Sale/Leaseback

Mirabel Sale/LeasebackWay back when  i.e. decades ago,  when Ontario universities were hard up for cash, as was the govt., and we were taking Rae days willy nilly,  someone in finance at my univ cooked up a phantasmagoric deal with a hotshot TSX operator (might have been Steve?? of Newcourt) to sell the entire univ. library and lease it back.  I was skeptical about the idea and fortunately the BofG nixed it in time.

However it probably makes sense in the current stage of development for LEV.  $28m is a significant infusion NOW to tide the co. along.  In a few years time, after a ramp up to scale, it would hardly make a dent. A few weeks production.
Some family reports of horrendous record breaking freeze-ups back home.  Fortunately the warmer temps return this week.  Weird weather phenomena such as arctic vortexes, derechos, tornados, droughts and floods will be around unless and untill we cool the oceans.
Some hopeful signs; sorkelling off shore in Roatan I see clumps of bleached "dead" coral regaining blotches of colour and some new purple growth here and there.
Cheers
