RE:RE:RE:RE:RekorCabbie, if I were management, I`d announce the strategic review of Wilan at the same time as Q1 earnings.  Earnings will probably be on the disappointing side and perhaps the Wilan news couuld keep the market's eyes off the core business until things right themselves.  If the Wilan news isn't all that great (ie doesn't involve a divestiture of the business) then at least you are coming clean all at once and getting all the bad news off your plate.

Of course, this is all premised on whether they will have completed the review and have the conclusions of that review at least partly put in motion - eg. negotiating with 2-3 interested parties.
