Kanata twitter

Kanata twitterNot sure why, but the Kanata anti development Twitter (Greenspace protection coalition) is now pointing out their perceptions of planning flaws in the Clublink plans.
This issue is in front of a Judge who has heard the case and has yet to rule.
It is as if they are assuming they have lost.

THE FACTS 1. The proposed development was approved as urban infill but does not fit the definition. Infill is required to conform with the existing development and this proposal certainly does not. (Source: Momentum Planning) (1/7)
2. The proposed development does not fit the Official Plan. The Official Plan states that these lands are to remain as green and open space, as per the 40% Agreement. (2/7)
3. Experts have testified the project poses major problems with storm water drainage and there is still no viable stormwater management plan in place. (3/7)
