The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Listenandlearn-nothing. - Read the Serbian Mining Law, Furthemore, the Serbs are not under any obligations to award exploration licenses. How did we learn about EV losing the Jarandol exploration license the last time?  
 
- EV's aggreement is with Kop Project and is/was valid for the period equaling that of a valid exploration license at Jarandol.  Is the Jarandol exploration license still valid? Based on the Serbian Mining Law, it is not, but who knows if a work-around was not negotiated.  But as I have stated before, since we have not heard from EV on this issue, it certainly appears that it has lapsed. 
Again, I don't care about Jarandol, you and I will be long gone before any significant drilling has been done on that property. We're talking about decades not years.
