Here's an extract of the terms of the agreement between EV and KOP Project:
  • The Jarandol license covers 20.97 square kilometers, is valid until February 2022, and is extendible thereafter for up to 8 years in total, subject to certain conditions.
It is my understanding that conditions to extend a license are not set by the licensee (i.e. Kop Porject) but rather by the licensor (the Serbian Mining Ministry). I am wondering what the Serbian Mining Ministry might have set as conditions to extend the Jarandol exploration license?

Thank you for your help in clearing up this matter.
