Also, I'm not sure I agree with the Twitter post in interpreting the statement about the dosing issue

It looks like the 25 mg dose will be applied to cohort 7 (original plan was 60 mg/kg). I do not see anything that indicates that Cohort 1-6 dosing will change.

As I read the update from Acumen, the decision for reducing dose in cohort 7 is based on balancing target engagement and mitigating potential risk of ARIA-E

So perhaps the situation is not as dire as the twitter post makes it seem.

Again, time will tell.
