i haven't checked requirements for the NASDAQ in awhile but seems to me a co. could qualify to do it thru a few ways, cash $50m, MC $50m, etc,, but does look like DM could/would qualify if not now then very shortly. Not sure if they can go direct or have to go to TSX 1st. can't see why not go direct/
