FYI: Voting Packages Rec'd Today

FYI: Voting Packages Rec'd TodayWill be Voting NO to this low ball offer of 4$$ & no dividend payment this month..
Held in 2 accounts as a very, very long term Investor & now will save the brokerage fees by not selling any shares into the offer before the offer closes. Will let nature take its course with this one.

PS: Do Not need the cash currently BUT will need some to pay the tax  man for our 2022 filing after the cash is in our accounts & stink deal closes. ;>((
