RE:RE:RE:ParamoThis is exactly right.   EOM should be pushing the ICSID.  This saga has gone on way too long.  

What Colomiba decides to do going forward is irrelevant.   If they want to protect the paramo and shut down all mining, then fine.  It has no relevance to the ICSID ruling.   Colombia needs to pay back the money invested plus interest.   Once that is done, the country can do whatever they want with the property.
