I own both Tou and Arc, for different reasons and will continue to accumulate both at the right times.

Could you provide me a link to that data showing 4/5 Tou drilling locations in Tier 3 or is that just a made up calculation in your head. 

Thanks in advance, but I am expecting you don't have any concrete data.

I get it, Tou has treated you well and you are married to the position, but you should divorce that broad before she takes half. At these valuations Arx is the beauty queen.
