Those of us that hedge large volumes of PHM(VMD, QIPT)on each other, and treat the two as one entity that bought in the low .30 cent range are already seeing the average SP of the two at well over 9 bucks. 9.67 as of this minute so I say yes, we are already there. You just have to have the foresight to own both of these gems. Good luck to the longs of PHM(VMD, QIPT)only. Shorters and bashers, big lump of coal for you.
