You have to factor in that our old positions were cut in half if we didn't participate in the share offering. For most investors the break even point after the equity raise would have been around 7.5 cents a share.

This doesn't account for the fact many shareholders are long and have carried forward losses that will increase this break-even number.

 

Now for the lucky few that go into RGX right after share consolidation when price was STILL around 4 cents! Nice work! However, there wasn't a huge amount of shares to be bought up during this period before the price took off.
