I don't think that it's a coincidence that they are holding it at 0.035 and not the normal minimum financing criteria (0.05). The financier is demanding to eliminate the existing SH, that is just my opinion. It will be a 0.35 stock or at best a 0.175 one. I know the next financing will hurt anyway you slice it. Of course they will spin it positively, the question always is positive for who?

I was wrong (for now), but the facts are the same. He needs to hold it at 0.035.
