still say it was a brutal deal/merge/dilution etc wise but it's quite obvious now both companys/CEO's etc had there backs up against the wall & were in survival mode.

Not sure what the shareholders on the other side of the deal were thinking with the "no" vote given their financial shape & no plan b?? & few even show up to vote??

Yep ,the way it looks right now,is both CEO's couldn't have worked any more majic/raised significant coin etc.

In this moment what I first thought was a "brutal deal"  looks pretty good right now & for all.
