Hadn't realised the stock compensation costs were so high. Still, I guess it from here the Board are more aligned to driving share price return. The age profile of the Board would also suggest to me a short to medium term exit strategy. 

If we take CAD$ 100 M sales as a milestone, that's not so far off given 2021 Sales of 55 M and 30% YoY growth after 3 Quarters.  I think management are doing most things right here, including a measured acquisition strategy in the current uncertain climate.

At a Market Cap of CAD 40M (ex cash) this still looks very good value to me. I'm aware of profitable customer engagement companies changing hands for 3X Sales - so I think the potential upside here is considerable.
