Getting closer to the $15 critical mark

Getting closer to the $15 critical markI fully expect this  to reach $15 within the next quarter or two. Up on a down day, as it is  today,  is always a good sign. The 6.9% dividend is very compelling IMO, and the volume seems to indicate that the stock is coming up on more radars.
Once we get to   $15, if the dividend isn't increased, I see it lingering for a while. Still a good place to be though. GLTAL
