"Every Gosh Darn Time” You and me go fishiin in the dark.....blah blah blah ( its a song, right?)
Well said Rick Rule, now here is a panel of true experts and this is worth the listen to and take their advice and heed their advice especially when it comes to TIG! So far, Phase one and two are complete, roll back and now a cheap financing.
Remember $.13125is .013125 pre roll back! Vancouver in its truest form….. how many times has TIG been rolled back 4 or 5?
The purpose? "The proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital, repayment of outstanding liabilities and to continue exploration on the company's Freegold Mountain project.”
Well just another BAND-AID, minus $1M plus in debt to drillers, board members, Assay labs et al, and now you got enough to pay a few employees get all the consultants paid off, and see who’s left standing in the zoo, cause thats about all it is.
Yes, I am negative, but Rick sums it up quite nicely and since hes 70 and even Rick is a kid to me, i'd say he's right, time to stop listening to punks and buy real deals with real people with real successes…..any one want to argue that point….go to the PDAC and do it with Rick. I wont argue it with him since I agree with him. But this will be my last PDAC and my granddaughters first. The remaining $2M may be used to drill 3000 - 5000 meters back in the Yukon, but again, its just a band-aid.. John's been able to raise capital for 3-7 other companies and yet this flag ship property fell off to the way…side.
They never even had a presense at the Yukon centre at PDAC....no one would listen to them any way....
But until we all know who controls the debt and at what price they will convert at, why buy this? Risk On….or buyer beware..
Phase Three- run the stock, bring in new suckers, flog your paper out the back door, the kitchen window and through the basement….
Phase Four- Let the stock drop back to .10 and then convert debt to stock…..
They never drilled anything last year, and its been flogged to many a potential buyer…Rio, Newmont…list goes on and on…but here in lies the biggest problem of all….the largest miner in the world was your largest shareholder ( Newmont ) and now they are untouchable buying Newcrest for $17B, and their second largest shareholder was Zinjin Global Fund…respectively 14% and 9 %, neither of them participated in this raise so you just laid them out as well.
Happy to have any arguments come to my in box, and a professional debate…but sad as it is, Johns rolled us all over, since he controls the debt! Perhaps off shore….Ive got a shore for him to come fishing, the Bow, and this time of year you got to be careful slip and fall and your in the drink...burbon im told.....
J 103 Was that word Rick Rule? “PUNK” like hes said over and over, some junior minors are nothing but a Life Style Company 16:00 min mark of this video....
