Yes , caution means stop, stop, stop a hoax "environmental scheme" devised and intended to enrich a small cabal of malignant anti-social vermin (aka "elites") who formuated plans long ago on the Rockefeller Bellagio estate in 1975. Why? To control the industrial world and their minions (that's us) who they despise and have conned the young and old since their modern day inception as "Progressives" at the London School of Economics in the latter part of the 1900's. Using twisted and false data of Thomas Malthus and the tactics of Fabius they have made fools of mankind to satisfy their unconscionable lust for "everything for them and nothing for us". One should have a serious look at the TOP beginning of the "environmental movement". Do the really care about the environment? Heck no!
It is very hard to believe that such abject evil exists but it does. Do some research on some of the early soldiers and their contempt for the HOI POLLOI in their elitist march to an Orwellian world.
