Keep the following in mind Dumont and others.
If the GRA share price was taken from lower than current share price points to circa $9.00 and that took place for apparently little descernible reason other than NanoXplore, at that time, having been identified as a candidate to be introduced as a constituent member of the MSCI Canada Small Cap Index, what kind, quality and quantum of NanoXplore share price would be experienced when $60 Million or so of investment capital is made to flow from the Canada Growth Fund and into a investment position in NanoXplore?
What's more, we need to ask ourselves what would be the net result of NanoXplore's 50% co-owned VoltaXplore downstream investment enterprise being provided, by the Canada Growth Fund and on behalf of the Canadian Federal Government and the other total $17Billion capital investment equity contributors to said fund, circa $120 Million of co- contributing investment capital with which to immediately procede in constructing a initial 2GWH and up to 8GWh capacity graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility?
Although a large sum of invested capital, don't forget that this $120 Million is just the start of "a co- contributed" amount of capital investment undertaken directly by and on behalf of just the Canadian federal government and the other contributors to the "CGF".
We should understand that the other greater investments industry participants initiated capital investments, investments which would be made to flow into VotaXplore before, concurrently or following the Canada Growth Fund's sizable capital investment in the VoltaXplore enterprise would also be "transformationally" larger than the capital investment taken up by the "CGF".
Lest we forget, there is always the co-invested capital ( not a small amount by far) provided directly to both NanoXplore and/or VoltaXplore by or on behalf of the global automotive manufacturer and the global OEM battery cells manufacturing partners as well.
I expect the Quebec government to at least match the $120 Million put forward by the "CGF" and I also expect about $20 to $30 Million in government grants of one sort or another and other contributing governments assistance to be provided for the VolatXplore enterprise.
I aslo expect the VoltaXplore enterprise to become a publicly listed equities issuer, as part in parcel in facilitating the raising all the requisite capital investments going forward.
