FYI Market cap and FCF also have no correlation to each other. If one company wants to go through it's drilling inventory in 10 years and the other in 30 years, the 10 year will probably have higher FCF, irrespective of their market caps. The number of years used is for representation purposes only.
How is the value of shares a way of paying out dividends, Lol. Your statement not mine . TOU doesn't pay more if the price is $60 or $80. They pay per share period

Those are the important numbers.
The number of shares and the value of share is simply the way you payout the dividends. Fews shares, higher price, bigger dividend that is the way it works.
