RE:The number one reason I like buybacks…From a management and longterm shareholder point of view this is the thing that creates longterm value.

I look at reducing shares (shareholders) like reducing debt (the amount the company owes)

If you look at the way mhp compares ARX to TOU with market cap and cash flow the glaring difference is the share count and debt of TOU to ARX.  IF ARX only had half the shares and debt they could trade at the same share price as TOU.  So how do you get there?  Buyback shares and reduce debt.

They are doing this in spades and it will pay off longterm.  Patience is all you need to participate.
