HOW THE STOCK TRADES

HOW THE STOCK TRADESSome people might be feeling some confusion right now, with the stock showing down, but the news apparently so good.  This scenario right now is actually quite common.

Often leading up to the news release, there is anticipation buying, and we have certainly seen that with Bombardier the past week.  There are any number of traders who will buy into that anticiipation buying, ride it for what it's worth, and then "sell on news".

It's not that there was a problem with then news, at all.  To the contrary, the news was exceptional and will lead to a much higher share price going forward. But for the moment, this rotation of traders is pretty much par for the course.

What I DO expect going forward now is a bunch of upgrades, and possibly a Moody's upgrade as well.  All of these will be the next near-term strong motivators for the stock.

Sit back and enjoy everyone.  Imho, I have no doubt whatsoeve that this stock will be moving much higher in the near term, midterm and long term.  There is certainly something there for everyone.
