Our CEO was absolutely proven right. The Governor published a letter to the US Senate today saying the Tranche 1 RFP contracts were not financeable and he has requested the US Department of Energy to draft the new contracts and make them eligible for the US DOE loan program which is the cheapest money on the planet. 
 
Jeff Ciachurski was proven right and glad he made our move PREB stating the present reality two years ago.
