It seems that the law firms are rampant clutching at companies that may have misled in a statement. 

XTRACT / PATRIOT ONE TECHNOLOGIES beat may have , they factually have !

The CMR which is what raised nearly all treasury created that treasury when the management team stated it had got an FCC clearence to use CMR as a weapon detection system. It didnt. 
It was given an FCC certification for a piece of apparatus that had restrictive covenants that was for human presence detection under rubble or through walls. Nothing to do with weapon detection.

Whats more the apparatus could only be used with state permission and by a government employed rescue agency.

Notwithstanding that they may as well have got an FCC for a CB Radio and called it weapons detection equipment , the fact that this was supposed to be sold in churches and casinos, the FCC certification is for a completely different use and users. That was and still is a SLAM DUNK for a class action.
