I would imagine there haven't been any offers or the share price wouldn't be so low. There are always whispers if something is happening.
Hopefully a real offer will materialize because at this point from a market interest standpoint Rowland's script during interviews is pretty much played out. I'd guess $4-$5 might be achievable in a buyout given where it's priced.
