Pay salaries with the money raised while getting minimum results... then load up management and board with options for their stellar performance...( but there's a limit of 10% of float)... so add to that some *SU's.. then start the pump by setting the stage with "hiring people that could potentially help" ... get the news flow going to bring the price up on Hopium.... and slap here's another financing. 3 years and it's been working great for them. I wonder how other investors feel in these private placements that never see growth to their accounts - with the exception of 2016 l- for 20 years.
