RE:RE:Very few of the thc bottlers

Arresting drug addtics and sending them to prison over possession, or drug use is a waste of tax payers dollars, waste of police time, and drug use isn't a criminal offence, it's a substance & mental health issue.

If countries want to win the "war on drugs" they need to understand that prescription opioids, not just fentanyl, are a serious problem, alcohol/tobacco are two of the 3 leading causes of death in Canada annually, not cannabis.

Portugal & nearly a dozen other countries have proven decriminalizing is a better alternative to the "war on drugs" approach.

Czechia, the Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland are among a handful of countries that have decriminalized drug use and possession for personal use and that have also invested in harm reduction programmes.

But as many Canadian public health experts call on lawmakers to go a step further — and replace black market street drugs with a regulated safe supply — their international counterparts say they are watching to see what their countries can learn from one another.

'Government' is a fancy word for "organized crime," 'Taxes' is a fancy word for "extortion." Change my mind.

The Canadian gov is about to start selling Coca-Cola, the real stuff, that's classic.
