Well, I agree with that.  Doing a little research and math 5-6% of in-situ value will yield about 16-20 million.  So maybe since there is limited overburden on Probes land and it's high and dry.   Might be in the works.  Road completion is supposed to be late 2026 early 2027.  Permitting 2-3 years .... should buy the land now to ensure permit is inclusive.  And yes the salaries are disconcerting.  I work for an extremely lean company 2 billion in total sales divided since 1957 averaging 12.7% ....and are CEO make 350 k a year U.S. plus some options but leaves him at around 700 CDN.  

After the June meeting ...hopefully salaries will be discussed and put in line with other "Junior" non producing companies.
