Russia proposes caps on oil export discounts

Russia proposes caps on oil export discountsJust what I was saying!  We should have no problem selling Oil to China for $80+ we'll just tell them that the Oil is magical and that we really wanted $100 a barrel but to you China $80+ then watch the orders from China fly in ordering out higher priced Oil. Russia is the Walmart of Oil, Sell a lot cheap instead of selling only a few at higher costs compared to competitors.

Under the draft proposal, the discount on dated Brent oil will be limited to $34 per barrel in April, declining to $31 in May, $28 in June and $25 in July.
