I guess Eric would say this because hes willing to publish disinformation. The ISP world has been publicly clear that support calls are down with thr advent if new mesh solutions.

No one in the industry has ever come out and expounded on this supposed rip and replace cycle. Yfi is just making up this silly claim. In fact data shows replacement cycles are growing not shrinking. 

There is no supporting data to show ISP's are wary of vendor claims. Anyone remotely close to the wifi world knows what to expect from new releases. 

Recent data shows significant improvement in the service in homes across the world. The press is filled with articles discussing how service calls have dropped and speeds/latency have also improved greatly. 

Yfi has been the little boy crying wolf on the wifi industry for a ling time. Seems no one in the industry takes them seriously. Or maybe they'd have some, you know, revenue.
