Sage Ranch is a real estate community of over 995 entry-level homes in the Tehachapi Valley, a community located in southern California. Its Montalva property (1,747 acres) is a large utility-scale solar and battery storage building with an initial size of 80 MWac or 160 MWdc, located in the southwestern coastal area of Puerto Rico. Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Navajojoe,

I follow Greenbriar since 2017 when I read about their Montalva project.

I have a long position in GRB so consider me biased.
I also have long positions in other Canadian-listed companies like GMG and NPK.

In 2022 I interviewed the CEO twice for a Belgian website.
I still follow-up the stock for their members every now and then.

As a private investor I sometimes reach out to companies or they reach out to me.
