RE:RE:My Consolidation Decision.Martyboss, I didn't vote to remove Lapierre from his management position. But if Rockcliff Metals could be directed again in a mining direction, perhaps it would make some sense to offer Alistair Ross his old job back, to see what he can accomplish?
He is the mining engineer and Lapierre is the geologist. Perhaps Mr. Ross, or someone like him, would better fit the bill as the company's CEO.
Lapierre has an astute understanding of the Snow Lake region in geological terms. But Alistair Ross knows best, how to build the mines.
Lapierre could be given a contract geology position with the company and could still sit on the board in an advisory position, if that was deemed to be, a necessary decision to make. His share position in the company could still remain significant, despite the previous stock roll back in the company's shares.
They should perhaps also seek out a contract miner who might accept such a challenge. If the bigger miners, refuse to participate in the mining of any of Rockcliff's smaller scale deposits, perhaps they are not needed, at all!
But such a contract miner needs to be adequately compensated for the first mine that Rockcliff Metals starts up in Snow Lake. There may be some risk involved in a first start up commercial operation. A little extra compromise in the price, may be necessary, at first!
Lapierre would be paid as needed. The board of directors would determine the need for that!
Every miner still needs a competent geologist on the payroll. But the smaller miner needs some significant cash flow to keep everyone employed, fully salaried. Pay them, as needed!
This is where the company needs to go!
Rockcliff's shareholders are not in the charity business!
We expect and deserve results for our investment!
The board of directors had better get on with their task!
If next year, they have failed again, they should all be fired and then replaced!
There are a lot of competent, well trained and experienced individuals up to the task and willing to work!
I am sure that many other Rockcliff shareholders, may feel, the same way.
We have more power when we stick together!
We can become, a band of brothers!
If the company's deposits, do offer any significant value, then it's past time, for them to be mined!
If the company feels that they are worthless, then they should drop their charade!
Rockcliff Metals, trades at a near worthless price!
Isn't it worth, so very much more?
All the best! Java
