RE:Cobalt Swap

The cobalt swap is not a redirection of dividends. It is a payment on overdue receivables, and instead of Sherritt taking payment in cash, they are taking payment in Cobalt. They will essentially be capitalizing on 100% of the Cobalt production versus 50% share of the joint venture. Future dividends from the joint venture still be issued based off of increased revenues.
