The fund is non-diversified.

Very odd. The announcement says 'B2 and Sabina are pleased to announce' but only B2 seems to have put out the notice. A lapse by Sabina's investor relations? Or was the decision to announce made in a hurry based on fear of a leak given the past few days of trading, after a 'non-binding' LOI signed Feb 2?
