RE:RE:RE:My Consolidation Decision.You know Javaman Laperierre has been around since day one for Rockcliff and to date has nothing to show for it, In my opinion time he was put out to pasture and bring in someone new with ambition and forsight for RCLF, Laperierre final nail in coffin is when he and his team negotiated the demise of RCLF and brought on another 200,000,000 or so shares They had a lot of cash after that and when you really look at it not that much exploration (drilling) the cash burn rate was crazy. If they do a reverse split Ill be out in a flash because these reverse splits are never any good for any Company and in most cases they immediately start thieir downward spiral. Their only salvation at this time is to find a mine with excellent grades and big tonnage, but with only a 2000 meter drill program what do you think the odds are.
