RE:RE:I am Guessing Higher Offer - Any Guess as to New Bid
It was also a  person/entity with  CIBC account that came in late Friday and drove the price up with strong buying the last hour or two.

It is hard to believe that the board/management did not realize ahead of time that the lowball offer would be rejected by the dissidents/shareholders.  But again, they are neither the brightest nor the most ethical people on earth. They did pointlessly hire a PR group who nobody appears to be taking seriously.  Seems like a stretch that they will entertain another offer before the voting is completed.  Clearly, someone believes not only that the offer will fail but that the dissident group will have leverage afterwards and be able to negotiate a better offer.   Total clusterF but would else do you expect from the people who having been overseeing this world class asset and took it down to .40 cents a share in October?
