Back in 2011 Birchcliff had some outside interest to purchase the company with the blessing of Seymour Schultz {biggest shareholder)but Tonken didn't think the offer was high enough. Shares went up to $11.75 or somewhere around there. Birchcliff is in a much stronger position today with little debt, better egress (less aeco) and more Natural gas liquids. Either way I'm happy to hold and collect .20 cents per quarter.
