They got into bed with sharks on their last raise and are paying the price. Pretty standard story especially in biotech. The entity involved in the raise had no hold period and has an exemption to provide insider reports for whatever reason. It's a recipe for disaster. They have very valid science and impressive partners but, as with many public companies, they gave control to actors that went short with those shares. The only hope left is that at some point these people go long and let the stock price rise for their warrants. The other scenario is they continue to drive the price down and there is a hostile takeover
