RE:RE:RE:SharepriceIt technically is illegal, just as naked shorting is illegal. Unfortunately it happens every day. There are many ways around the legality of this and the regulators are not out to protect the average retail investor. Sad reality of the market. If you look at the 13Gs files today the same thing probably happened in December. Look at the volume yesterday and today. 30%+ of the float traded each day when half the shareholders are so buried they most likely wouldn't be selling this much and the other half of outstanding shares are with the Wainright led raise. It's not rocket science what's happening especially if you watched the tape this morning. The chances of the shorts in this attack having to cover in the open market is very low as well. They'll wait for the next raise to cover or lead a hostile takeover. This company needs to bring in buying or they're done. If I was a buried shareholder I would be screaming for the company to do whatever it takes to bring buying to squeeze these shorts. It's their only hope
